We focused on specific product categories: saree shapers, Kurthi pants, metallic pants, and shimmer leggings. Recognizing the crowded online space filled with small brands targeting the same audience, we tapped into untapped markets with geographic and demographic preferences for the initial breakthrough.

We implemented a category-based strategy, catering products with an end audience approach. Starting with a broad audience-based strategy and advancing to a shopping campaign, we positioned the brand as an everyday comfort wear and trendsetter.

Optimizing creatives, strategies, and copies for each category separately led to a sales surge from September and a 35% increase in customer acquisition.

New Product Acceleration: Transforming Innovations into Bestsellers

With precise audience targeting for each category, we focused on promoting essential products, rapidly turning new product lines into bestsellers. By addressing customer pain points and using attractive creatives, we showcased before-and-after scenarios and comparisons with other brands. Our strategic approach leveraged the saree shaper's success, transforming it into a rapid bestseller.

Strategic Keyword Optimization: Maximizing Online Visibility

Despite the product's attributes and quality, the client struggled to reach a wider audience conversion. We used two simple search strategies to drive more traffic to their website and increase customer acquisition rates. Prioritizing generic keywords over brand keywords allowed us to reach a broader audience.

As website traffic increased, we made their ankle leggings the next essential product to boost sales. By targeting search keywords associated with everyday wear products and brand keywords, we significantly increased digital brand reach, achieving a 7.2X ROAS.

Creative Testing-Powered Meta Ads: Optimizing Pain Point Strategy

We used advantage shopping for Kurthi pants, testing various creatives and addressing different customer pain points to position the product as everyday wear. By testing different varieties with diverse audiences, we maximized sales. Collaborating with influencers and strategically addressing customer pain points, our approach resulted in a 5X ROAS in Meta ads, showcasing our strategic implementation.

Omnichannel Approach: Delivering Seamless Experiences

To provide a unified brand experience across all platforms, we implemented various audience and creative tests. We launched YouTube, email, and Meta ad campaigns to boost website sales and optimize brand visibility. This seamless shopping experience allowed customers to start on one platform, continue another, and complete their purchases, resulting in a significant surge in website sales.

Magnified Instagram Followers: Amplifying Brand Visibility

After onboarding the client, we conducted a platform and account performance analysis to make data-driven decisions and form strategies to enhance brand visibility.
